We are thrilled to share the before and after photos of this newly renovated villa, undertaken by our client. We had the opportunity of providing our client tailored end-to-end service from purchase to property management and project support, including contractor recommendations for the renovation. Revamped and refreshed, this exceptional renovation brought new life to Boons Point Villa #3.

 

The villa transitioned from a dated dull interior to a chic Scandi-bohemian aesthetic embracing warm neutral shades. Features of this three ensuite bedroom property include a spacious living area, shared kitchen and dining room, a study or multipurpose room and four large sliding doors extending to outdoor living and a swimming pool.

 

Upon entering the villa, the high vaulted ceilings enlarge the main living area amplifying the airy ambiance of the room, furnished with a grey sectional and statement pillows of different textures and shades of grey and beige. The warm tones and natural texture décor such as the overhanging rattan lamp and decorative accents compliment the wood look tiles throughout the home.

 

The shared kitchen and dining space extends to the patio through two large sliding doors. Sage colored sleek cabinetry and  center island give a fresh look, paired with pickled wooden bar stools. The space is complete with a modern farmhouse dining table, flatware cabinet and draped curtains for a cozy feel.

 

The bedrooms offer four poster beds, a television, sizeable wardrobes, and air conditioning. The bathrooms feature a sleek vanity with a backlit mirror and a walk-in shower.
