Director of Sales & Client Services
Since taking the helm as Director of Sales and Client Services in 2014, Kaye has grown the company both in sales and its listing portfolio. A seminal moment, for our DOS, was spearheading our brand transition from Majestic Realty Caribbean (Ltd) to representing one the most significant global real estate brands - Sotheby’s International Realty.
Kaye's professional career spans +30 years, with executive experience in financial services, government regulatory services and real estate. Kaye holds a Master's in Business Administration from the University of the West Indies and a professional certification in Real Estate Economics and Finance from the London School of Economics.
Kaye has a keen interest in music, cooking. nature and wellness.
Elijah McDonald
Sales & Development
Elijah is pivotal in our company’s strategic planning, client acquisition and new developments. Due to his global exposure and professional background in executive search, business development and project management, Elijah is a key driver in the real estate development process and builds strong client relationships. He is an expert negotiator and well connected with leading contractors, architects and engineers in our local and regional market.
Elijah holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Economics from Florida Atlantic University and a professional certification in Real Estate Economics and Finance from the London School of Economics.
Elijah is an avid footballer and former striker for the Antigua and Barbuda national team and played Division 1 soccer for FAU.
Sasha Potter
Sales Agent
Sasha has +5 years of experience managing the operational functions of corporate, enterprise, government, and academic organizations in the IT Professional Services industry. She received her Real Estate and Public Adjuster license in the state of New Jersey. Overseeing the day-to-day operations and closing deals is her expertise. Sasha possesses strong people skills and her vivacious personality is loved by our clients.

Sasha graduated with high honors from Rutgers-Newark, the State University of New Jersey, with a Bachelor's Degree in Biology and a double minor in Public Service and Sociology.
Sasha is a true Foodie and a philanthropic soul, having participated in service missions in Haiti, Cambodia, Peru, Costa Rica and Morocco.
